Service Terms

Terms for the fixed $500 authorized external security assessment.

1. Eligibility and lawful use

Customers must be at least 18 and able to bind the identified organization. The service may be purchased only for lawful defensive security work on a customer-owned or expressly authorized target.

Abuse, fraud, unlawful instructions, false statements of authority, and attempts to evade the authorization gate are prohibited.

2. Service formation

Payment reserves an authorization review slot. A testing engagement forms only after the customer completes the Authorization and Rules of Engagement and Adore LLC sends written scope acceptance. The written scope acceptance controls the target and testing window.

3. Service scope

The $500 package is a limited-scope external unauthenticated security assessment of one accepted public web application or API target. The report is delivered within 48 consecutive hours after written scope acceptance. Pauses for customer action, target unavailability, an emergency stop, or a safety review are excluded.

The service is a focused point-in-time assessment. It is not a full penetration test, compliance audit, certification, attestation, legal opinion, or guarantee of complete security.

4. Acceptance and refusal

Adore LLC may reject, pause, or terminate an engagement when authority, safety, legality, payment, scope, target availability, or customer cooperation is uncertain. No testing occurs before written scope acceptance.

5. Fees and refunds

The fee is $500. If Adore LLC cannot verify authority or declines the target before testing begins then Adore LLC will initiate a full refund. If the customer withdraws after testing begins then the fee is nonrefundable. Stripe and the customer bank control the time required for funds to appear after a refund is initiated.

6. Report license and intellectual property

The customer receives a limited right to use the report for internal security, remediation, diligence, insurance, contractual assurance, and regulator communications. Adore LLC retains its methods, templates, tools, and preexisting intellectual property. Customer confidential information remains customer information.

7. Communications

Official notices to Adore LLC must be sent to support@adorellc.pro. Phone support may explain public service information. Phone support cannot accept scope, authorize testing, change a contract, provide legal advice, or issue a refund.

8. Governing terms

The written scope acceptance, Authorization and Rules of Engagement, accepted intake, preserved checkout description, these Service Terms, and the Privacy Notice form the agreement. That order controls any conflict. New York law applies. State and federal courts in New York County New York have exclusive jurisdiction.

Read the Authorization and Rules of Engagement and Privacy Notice.
